Article 62: Obligations of persons who have decided on the dissolution of a legal person
1. Founders (participants) of a legal person or body that has decided to dissolve a legal person shall, within three working days of the date of the decision, communicate in writing f to the authorized public authority responsible for the State registration of legal persons, to record in the single State register of legal persons that legal persons 2. Founders (participants) of a legal person are in the process of liquidation and also to publish information on the adoption of the decision in accordance with the procedure established by law. which has been ordered to be liquidated, including in the event of the actual termination of a legal entity, is obliged to carry out liquidation actions at the expense of the legal entity ' s property. If the property of a legal person is insufficient, the founders (participants) of a legal person are obliged to perform the said acts jointly and severally at their own expense. The legal person or body that has decided to terminate the legal entity shall appoint the liquidation commission(s) and shall establish the procedure and time frame for the liquidation in accordance with the law. When the liquidation commission is appointed, it is transferred to administer the affairs of the legal entity.
