Article 71: Management in a full partnership

1. The whole partnership shall be governed by the general agreement of all the parties and the founding agreement of the partnership may provide for cases in which pain is decided upon. 2. Each member of a full partnership shall have one vote unless the constituent treaty provides for a different procedure for determining the number of votes of its members. A member of the partnership, whether or not he or she is authorized to conduct the affairs of the partnership, has the right to receive all information about the partnership ' s activities and to be acquainted with all documentation relating to the conduct of the proceedings. The waiver or restriction of this right, including by agreement of the members of the partnership, is null and void.
