Article 75: Responsibility of participants in a full partnership for their obligations

1. The members of the full partnership shall be jointly and severally liable by their property in accordance with the obligations of the partnership. 2. A member of the full partnership who is not the founder of the partnership shall answer. A party who has withdrawn from the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership which arose prior to its entry into the partnership; and a member who has left the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership which arose prior to its entry into the partnership; and a member who has withdrawn from the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership which arose prior to its entry into the partnership; and a member who has withdrawn from the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership which arose prior to its entry into the partnership; and a member who has withdrawn from the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership prior to the partnership; and a member of the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership which arose prior to its entry into the partnership; and a member of the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership prior to its entry into the partnership; and a member of the partnership shall be liable for the obligations of the partnership until the date of the partnership. 3. Agreement between the members of the partnership concerning the establishment of the partnership for the year in which the partnership ceased to exist, on an equal basis with the remaining participants for two years from the date of the adoption of the report on the activities of the partnership for the year in which it ceased to exist. It is null and void to limit or eliminate the liability provided for in this article.
