Article 76: Change in membership of the full partnership

1. In the event of the withdrawal or death of a member of a full partnership, the declaration of one of them as missing, incompetent, or of limited legal capacity, or insolvent (Bancro) (t) the opening of proceedings against a participant in reorganization proceedings by order of the court, the liquidation of a legal person participating in the partnership or the application by a creditor of a participant.c The partnership may continue its activities if the partnership ' s constituent agreement or agreement so provides. 2. Members of the full partnership shall have the right to seek judicial exclusion from the partnership by unanimous decision of the remaining members and in the case of culpability. The Committee recommends that the State party take all appropriate measures to ensure that the State party is able to comply with its obligations under article 14, paragraph 1, of the Convention.
