Article 104: Reorganization and liquidation of the joint stock company

1. An equity society may be reorganized or dissolved voluntarily by decision of the general shareholders ' meeting. 2. An equity society is entitled to be transformed into a society with limited liability, an economic partnership or a production cooperative.
