Article 123.16: Community of Small Indigenous Peoples of the Russian Federation

1. Communities of small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation are recognized as voluntary associations of citizens belonging to small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation who are united in the roofs of the Russian Federation. 2.
