1. Non-profit organizations, which are professional associations based on compulsory membership and are established as a notary chamber of sub-units, are recognized by notaries. 2. The notary chamber of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation is not available to anyone. 3. The Federal Notary Chamber is a professional association based on the compulsory membership of private notaries. 4. Features of creation, right of creation, right of association of the notary chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation based on their compulsory membership. The status and activities of the notary chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the Federal Notary Chamber are determined by the legislation on notaries.
