Article 152: Protection of honour, dignity and business reputation
1. A citizen has the right to demand from the court a rebuttal of the information that is contrary to his honour, dignity or business reputation if the person who has disseminated such information does not prove that it is in conformity with the law. Refusal must be made in the same way as the information on the citizen or in another similar way. 2. Any information that undermines a citizen ' s honour, dignity or business reputation and is disseminated in the mass media must include: A citizen against whom the information has been disseminated in the media has the right to demand, along with a denial, that the information be rebutted in the same media. 3. If the information that violates a citizen ' s honour, dignity or business reputation is contained in a document emanating from the orgy, it shall also be published in the same media. 4. In cases where the information that is damaging to the honour, dignity or business reputation of a citizen has become widely known and therefore the rebuttal is not rebuttal a citizen may request the removal of the relevant information and the suppression or prohibition of the further dissemination of the said information by means of an exemption and destruction without compensation, manufactured for the purpose of introducing into civilian circulation copies of material media containing the particulars in question, unless such eczema is destroyed 5. If information damaging the honour, dignity or business reputation of a citizen has come to pass after their dissemination to the public, it is impossible to remove the relevant information. A citizen may request the removal of the relevant information and the rebuttal of the said information in a way that ensures that the rebuttal is communicated to the users of the network.» 6. The procedure for rebutting information that violates the honour, dignity or business reputation of a citizen shall be determined by the court in cases other than those referred to in paragraphs 2 to 5 of this article. 8. If a person is found to be responsible for failure to comply with a judgement, he or she shall not be exempted from the obligation to perform an act prescribed by a court decision. It is not possible for information to be brought against a citizen ' s honour, dignity or business reputation; a citizen to whom such information has been disseminated is entitled to apply to the court for recognition. 9. A citizen whose honour, dignity or business reputation has been violated, along with a denial of his or her rights, is a citizen who has been subjected to violations of his or her honour, dignity or business reputation. 10. The rules of paragraphs 1 to 9 are valid. Article 3, except for compensation for moral injury, may also be applied by the court to cases where any information about the citizen is not valid if the tacos A citizen will prove that the information given is not valid. 11.
