Article 154: Treaties and unilateral transactions

1. Transactions may be two- or multilateral (contracts) and unilateral. 2. A unilateral transaction for which other legal acts or agreement 3. An expression of the agreed will of the two parties (a bilateral transaction) or three or more parties (a multi-party transaction) is necessary for the conclusion of a contract. It’s a deal.
