Article 184. Commercial representation

1. The commercial representative is a person who is permanently and independently represented on behalf of entrepreneurs when they enter into business contracts. Temporary commercial representation of the various parties in the transaction shall be permitted with the consent of those parties, as well as in other cases provided for by law. 3.
