Article 268. Basis for the acquisition of the right to permanent (indefinite) use of land

1. The right to permanent (indefinite) use of land in State or municipal property is granted to persons referred to in the Land Code of the Russian Federation 3. In the event of reorganization of the legal entity, the right to permanent (indefinite) use of the land shall be transferred by succession.
