Article 271. Right to use land by the owner of real property

1. The owner of a building, structure or other real property situated on a land belonging to another person shall have the right to use the land provided by such person for such real estate. 2. When the right of ownership is transferred to another person ' s land, he or she acquires the right to use the property in question. The transfer of ownership of the land is not the reason for the termination or change of the primordial property. 3. The Federal Act of 21 December 2021 No. 430-FZ (as amended by the Federal Act of 28 June 2022) has been in force since 1 September 2022. 4. The rules of this article shall apply to buildings and installations taking into account the particulars laid down in articles 287.3 of this Code.
