Article 306. Consequences of termination of ownership by law

In the event of the adoption by the Russian Federation of a law terminating the right of ownership, the State shall be compensated for the loss suffered by the owner as a result of the adoption of the act, including the value of the property. Disputes for damages are settled by the court.
