Article 308. Parties to the obligations
1. The obligation as each of its parties, the creditor or the debtor, may involve one or more persons at the same time. 2. If each of the persons concerned is not affected by the debtor ' s obligation on the part of the debtor, or by the expiry of the period of limitation on the request of such person, it shall in itself be without prejudice to his or her claims against the other persons concerned. the parties to the contract have a duty in favour of the other party, it is considered to be the debtor of the other party in what it is obliged to do in its favour and at the same time its creditor in what it is entitled to do 3. The obligation does not create obligations for persons not participating as parties (for third parties). n., an obligation may create rights for third parties against one or both parties to the obligation.
