Article 320. Execution of an alternative obligation

If the debtor of the alternative obligation (art. 308.1), entitled to choose, has not made a choice within the time limit prescribed for that purpose, including by performance of the obligation, the creditor c/ 2. If the right to choose an alternative obligation (art. 308.1) is pre-empted, the debtor may be required to act or refrain from acting. the creditor or third person and the creditor or third person did not make the choice within the time limit set for that purpose, the debtor shall perform the obligation of its choice.
