Article 321. Execution of an obligation involving several creditors or several debtors

If the obligation involves more than one creditor or more debtors, each creditor has the right to claim performance and each debtor has the obligation to perform in an equal amount. e/ To the extent that the law, other legal acts or conditions do not give rise to a different obligation.
