Article 351. Early performance of the obligation secured by the pledge and enforcement of the property in question

1. The pledge holder is entitled to request the early performance of the secured obligation in cases of: (1) the disposal of the depositor ' s depositor ' s possession not in accordance with The terms of the bond; (2) the death or loss of the security item for circumstances for which the pledge holder is not liable if the pledgeor has not exercised the right provided for in paragraph 2 to become and 345 of the present Code; (3) other cases provided for by law or contract. 2. Since no other provision is made in the contract, the pledge holder is entitled to request the early performance of the secured person. the security of the obligation or, if its claim is not satisfied, the enforcement of bail in cases of: (1) breach of subsequent pledge rules by the pledgeor (art. 342); (2) non-exceedance failure by the pledgeor to comply with the obligations set out in article 343, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 1 and 3, of the present Code; (art. 346, paras. 2 and 4); (4) other cases provided for by law.
