Article 353. Maintenance of the bond when the rights to fixed property are transferred to another person

1. In the event of the transfer of rights to the fixed property from the pledgeor to another person as a result of the recovery or non-reimbursable disposition of the property (except in the cases referred to in subparagraph 2 above) 352 (1) of the present Code) or by way of universal succession, the pledge is retained. 2. The rights and obligations which, by virtue of the law or the substance of the relationship between the parties, are related to the original pledgeor. As a succession to several persons, each of the successors (e.g. acquisitioners of property) bears the consequences arising from the pledge of the default of the secured obligation in proportion to p.e. However, if the deposit remains in the common property of the beneficiaries, they become joint and several depositors.
