Article 358.14 Enforcement of contractual rights in a bank account

1. When applying for a contract rights in a bank account in accordance with article 349 of the present Code, either judicially or out of court, the bond holder ' s claim is satisfied are written off by the bank on the basis of an order issued by the depositor against the depositor ' s account and issued to the pledge holder or into an account specified by the pledge holder. (art. 854, para. 2) The rules on the sale of property laid down in articles 350 to 350.2 of the present Code are not applicable in these cases. of 26 July 2017 N 212-FZ
