Article 388.1 Assignment of a future claim

1. A requirement for an obligation that will arise in the future (future claim), including a requirement for an obligation under a contract to be concluded in the future, must be specified in agreement 2. Unless otherwise established by law, the future claim shall be transferred to the processor by means of identification of the claim at the time it arises or to the assignee. The agreement of the parties may provide that the future demand shall pass at a later date.
