Article 389.1 Rights and obligations of the assignor and the assignee

1. The mutual rights and obligations of the assignor and the assignee shall be determined by this Code and by the contract between them under which the assignment is made. 3. Unless otherwise provided by the contract, the assignor is obliged to transfer to the assignee all of the the debtor ' s distance from the assigned claim.
