Article 434. Form of the treaty

1. A contract may be entered into in any form envisaged for the conduct of transactions if the law does not establish a form for contracts of this type. 2. A contract may be in writing. is concluded by producing one document (including electronic documents) signed by the parties or by exchanging letters, telegrams, electronic documents or other data in accordance with the rules 3. The written form of the contract shall be deemed to have been complied with if the written proposal to conclude the contract has been accepted in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph 3 of the present Code. 4. In cases provided for by law or agreement of the parties, a contract may be concluded in writing only by means of a single document signed by the parties. It’s a contract.
