Article 455. Condition of the contract of goods

1. Goods under a contract of sale may be any goods subject to the rules set out in article 129 of the present Code. 3. A condition for the goods to be created or acquired by the seller in the future, unless otherwise determined by law or derived from the nature of the goods. A contract for the sale of goods is deemed to be agreed if the contract makes it possible to determine the name and quantity of the goods.
