Article 482. Consequences of the transfer of goods without packaging and (or) packaging or in inappropriate packagings and (or) packaging

1. Where the goods to be packaged and/or packaged are delivered to the buyer without packaging and/or packaging or in inappropriate packagings and/or packages, the buyer is entitled to demand from the seller c/ 2. In the cases provided for in paragraph (2), atarial and (or) packaging or replacement of inappropriate packagings and/or packages, unless otherwise derived from the contract, the substance of the obligation or the nature of the goods. In article 1, the buyer is entitled, instead of presenting to the seller the claims referred to in this paragraph, to submit to it claims arising from the transfer of the goods of inadequate quality (article 475).
