Article 518: Consequences of the supply of goods of inadequate quality

1. Buyer (recipient) to whom goods of inadequate quality have been delivered shall be entitled to present to the supplier the requirements of article 475 of the present Code, except in the case of posts 2. The buyer (recipient) that sells the goods delivered will immediately replace the goods delivered with goods of good quality. If the goods are delivered to him or her, he or she is entitled to claim, within a reasonable period of time, the replacement of the goods of inadequate quality returned by the consumer, unless otherwise provided in the contract of delivery.
