Article 525. Basics for the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes

1. The supply of goods for public or municipal purposes is based on a public or municipal contract for the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes, and 2. With regard to the relationship between the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes (art. 530, para. 2). The rules on the contract of supply shall apply (arts. 506-522) unless otherwise provided in the rules of this Code. Other laws shall apply to the part not regulated by this paragraph.
