Article 526. Public or municipal contract for the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes

Under a State or municipal contract for the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes (hereinafter referred to as a State or municipal contract), the supplier (perpetrator) undertakes: to eat the goods to the public or municipal employer or at his direction to another person, and the public or municipal employer undertakes to ensure payment for the goods delivered.
