Article 542. Energy quality

1. The quality of the energy supplied shall be in accordance with the requirements laid down in the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the mandatory regulations or the prescribed dogs. 2. In the event that the power supply organization fails to comply with the requirements for energy quality, the subscriber is entitled to refuse to pay for such energy. The organization is entitled to claim reimbursement by the subscriber of the cost that the subscriber has not been reasonably saved as a result of the use of this energy (art. 1105, para. 2).
