Article 552. Land rights in the sale of a building, structure or other real property situated on it

1. Under the contract for the sale of a building, structure or other real property, the buyer shall, at the same time as the transfer of ownership of such real property, transfer the rights to the land occupied by the person concerned. 2. In the case where the seller is the owner of the land on which the real property is sold, the right of the property is transferred to the buyer. 3. The sale of real estate on the ground of land occupied by such property and necessary for its use, unless otherwise provided by law. A piece of land not owned by the seller shall be permitted without the consent of the owner of the plot, unless it is contrary to the conditions for use of such a section established by the Zack. When selling such real property, the buyer acquires the right to use the land on the same terms as the real estate seller.
