Article 554. Definition of an item in a contract for the sale of real property

The contract for the sale of real property must specify the real property to be transferred to the buyer under the contract, including the sex data. In the absence of such data in the contract, the condition of the immovable property to be transferred is deemed to be: is not agreed by the parties and the relevant contract is not considered to have been concluded.
