Article 569. Meeting performance of the obligation to deliver the goods under contract

In the event that, under the contract, changes in the timing of the transfer of the goods exchanged do not coincide, the obligation to deliver the goods is fulfilled by the party required to deliver the goods after delivery of the goods. and the rules on counter-performance apply by the other party (art. 328).
