Article 571. Responsibility for the removal of goods acquired under contract

A party from whom a third party takes the goods acquired under the contract of a man is entitled, subject to the grounds provided for in article 461 of the present Code, to demand from the other party the return of the goods; The Panel recommends no award of compensation for loss or damage suffered by the latter in exchange and (or) compensation for damages.
