Article 574. Form of the gift contract

1. The gift may be presented orally, except as provided in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article. 2. A contract for the provision of movable property must be made in writing in cases where: The giver is a legal person and the value of the gift exceeds 3,000 rubles; the contract contains a promise of future gifts. 3. A contract for the giving of immovable property between citizens shall be notarized.
