Article 576. Restrictions on gifts

1. A legal person to whom the property belongs in the right of economic management or operational management may grant it with the consent of the owner, unless otherwise provided by law. 2. The allocation of property in common joint ownership shall be permitted by agreement of all participants in the joint property with the Secretary-General. 3. The granting of a right to a third person shall be subject to the rules laid down in articles 382 of the present Code. 4. Tendering through performance of his duties to a third person shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in article 313, paragraph 1, of the present Code. The punishment by means of the transfer by the donor of the debt owed to a third party shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in articles 391 and 392 of the present Code. and the giving of a gift by a representative who does not identify the gift and does not specify the object of the gift is negligible.
