Article 593. Purchase of a permanent rent at the request of the recipient of the rent

The recipient of the permanent rent is entitled to claim the rent by the payer in cases where: the payer of the rent has been in arrears for more than one year, unless otherwise provided in the contract of the permanent p. Cents; rent payer has breached its obligations to secure rent payment (art. 587); rent payer has been declared insolvent or other circumstances have arisen that clearly demonstrate that the rent will not be paid to them within the amount and time specified by the contract; immovable property transferred for rents has been acquired into common property or divided between the duration of the contract in other cases provided for in the treaty.
