Article 599: Termination of a contract for life at the request of the recipient of the rent

1. In the event of a fundamental breach of contract, the rent payer shall be entitled to claim the rent payer ' s rent on the terms provided for in article 594 of the present Act. 2. If an apartment, dwelling or other property is taken free of charge for the payment of a life rent, the beneficiary of the rent is entitled to a substantial amount of money. Refusal by the payer of the rent to demand the return of the property, which is set off against the purchase price of the rent.
