Article 601. Life-long-term contract with dependency

1. Under a life-long contract with a dependency, the recipient of the rent — a citizen transfers his or her home, apartment, land or other real estate to the owner of the rent payer ' s property 2. A contract of life imprisonment shall be subject to the rule of law. Stolen rents, unless otherwise provided by the rules of this paragraph.
