Article 611. Provision of property to the lessee

1. The lessor is required to provide the lessee with the property in a condition consistent with the terms of the lease agreement and the designation of the property. If such supplies and documents have not been handed over, but without the consent of the competent authorities, they shall be subject to the approval of the competent authorities. the lessee may not use the property in accordance with his or her appointment or to a large extent be deprived of what he or she is entitled to expect in the award of the contract, he or she may request otherwise. 3.
