Article 673. Scope of the contract for the employment of a dwelling

1. The subject of a contract for the employment of a dwelling may be an isolated dwelling suitable for permanent residence (a dwelling, a dwelling, a part of an apartment or a dwelling). 2. The employer of a dwelling in a multi-family dwelling, together with the use of the dwelling, shall have the right to have a gender to be entitled to the property specified in article 290 of the present Code.
