Article 747 Additional obligations of the employer under the construction contract

1. The applicant is required to provide land in a timely manner for construction. 2. In the absence of such conditions, the employer shall be obliged, in the cases and in the manner provided for in the contract, to ensure the timely commencement, normal maintenance and completion of the work. Construction contract, transfer to the contractor the necessary building and construction, transport cargo to the contractor, temporary connection of power grids 3.
