Article 752. Consequences of conservation of construction

If, for reasons beyond the control of the parties, the work under the construction contract is suspended and the construction facility is maintained, the employer is obliged to pay the contractor in full Until the time of conservation of the work, as well as reimbursement of costs arising from the need to terminate the work and to preserve the construction, offset by the benefits that the contractor has received or may have obtained and to stop the work.
