Article 756: Time limits for the detection of inadequate quality of construction work

The rules of article 724, paragraphs 1 to 5, of the present Code shall apply when claims are made for inadequate performance. In accordance with article 724, paragraphs 2 and 4, of the present Code, there are five years of shortcomings.
