Article 774. Obligations of the employer

1. The applicant in the research, development and technological contracts is obliged: to transmit to the performing officer the information necessary for the performance of the work; 2. The contract may also require the contracting authority to issue and agree on a programme (technical and economic) with the executioner. (i.e. the physical parameters) or the scope of the work.
