Article 782. Unilateral waiver of performance of a contract of reimbursement for the provision of services

1. The applicant is entitled to refuse performance of the contract of reimbursement of services provided that the perpetrator pays the actual expenses incurred by him. 2. The perpetrator is entitled to refuse performance. Only if full compensation is paid to the employer is provided for under the contract for the reimbursement of services.
