Article 791 Delivery, loading and unloading of vehicles

1. The carrier shall be obliged to deliver the goods to the consignor for loading within the time period specified by the application(s), contract of carriage or volume contract accepted by him or her, satisfactory transport operations. 2. The consignor shall be entitled to refuse the delivery of vehicles not suitable for the carriage of the goods concerned. The goods shall be narrow (unloading) by the transport organization or the consignor(s) in the manner provided for in the contract, subject to the provisions of the transport statutes and code. 3.
