Article 850: Crediting the account
1. Where, under a bank account agreement, the bank makes payments from the account despite the lack of money (crediting the account), the bank is deemed to have provided to the client 2. The rights and obligations of the parties relating to the credit of the account shall be determined by the rules on loan and credit (chapter 42) if the payment is made. No other provision is made for the bank account.
