Article 860: Application of general provisions on bank accounts to certain types of bank accounts

1. General provisions on bank accounts apply to certain types of bank accounts (joint account, nominal account, public deposit account and other types of bank accounts provided for by law). 2. The general provisions on bank commissariats shall apply to the bond account contract unless otherwise established by the rules on these types of bank accounts provided for in chapter 45 of the present Code and other laws. 358.9 — 358.14).
