Article 862. Forms of non-cash payments

1. Non-cash payments, except for digital rubles, may take the form of payment orders, letters of credit, accounts, cheques and other forms of payment, pre-trial payments, and other forms of payment. The calculation of digital rubles may take the form prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 2. The Parties to the contract shall have the right to choose and establish in the contract any of the forms of settlement referred to in paragraph 1 of this article.
