Article 897. Recovery of storage costs

1. Unless otherwise provided for in the contract of storage, the cost of the custodian of the goods shall be included in the charge for the storage. 2. In the case of free storage, the worshiper shall be obliged to reimburse the custodian. The necessary expenses of storage, unless otherwise provided by law or by contract of storage, have been incurred by him.
