Article 900: The duty of the custodian to return the property

1. The guardian is obliged to return to the cleric or to a person designated by him as the recipient the very thing which has been deposited unless the treaty provides for the custody of an impersonation (c) 2. The item shall be returned by the custodian in the condition in which it was taken into custody, taking into account its natural deterioration, natural loss or other modification as a result of it. 3. At the same time as the return of the property, the custodian is obliged to transfer the fruit and the proceeds received during its storage, unless otherwise provided for in the contract of storage.
